The relationship
One customer-facing brand. Local contracting behind it.
The Walk-In Tub Co. is the customer-facing brand. Professional contracting and installation are provided through MasterKraft, Inc., a Utah licensed contractor.
Since 2010, Kurt has installed walk-in tubs for major brands, including American Standard, Safe Step and Jacuzzi. His work has included preferred-installer roles, and over that period the installation teams he has led or worked with have completed thousands of walk-in tub installations.
His experience is focused on walk-in tub installation, technical site verification, service, and support for Utah homeowners. Quality, integrity and service are the values he brings to the work.
After years of hands-on experience installing and comparing walk-in tub brands, we chose American Tubs because of its quality, construction, features, serviceability and overall value. American Tubs states that its walk-in tubs are made in the U.S.A. with premium, reliable components.
Applicable manufacturer warranties are provided according to their terms. Final installation-warranty information will be supplied with the customer agreement.
